These Terms govern your use of CueDesk (the "Service"), operated by Preetam Soni. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your organisation. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other organisations' data, probing internal systems, sending spam, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Third-party platforms

The Service connects to platforms you authorise (such as GoHighLevel and WordPress). You are responsible for your use of those platforms and for the API credentials you provide.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Limits depend on your current plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

5. Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for data loss arising from your use of the Service.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or for operational reasons.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
